Paint! Pets! Protective gear! Oh my!

It’s shaping up to be an exciting new year at MAYS. As you have likely seen, the school received a fresh coat of paint, as well as other incidental improvements. Along with our new shoe policy, we are all pitching in to make our school a brighter, cleaner environment for our children.

Moose the Bunny and Quill the Hedgehog have joined Peppa, Rocky, and Reptar as the latest members of the MAYS animal community. Moose and Quill will be rotating through classrooms of all ages. Exposing young children to animals enhances the classroom experience in many ways—it teaches responsibility and empathy while providing a different approach to learning in all subjects.
